Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All Sudspin orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in the United States. Nothing ships from overseas, so there are no customs fees, no import duties, and no long international transit times.

Where we ship to

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit time

After processing, delivery takes 3-7 business days via USPS. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4-10 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no minimum order value.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show activity after it is issued.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak holiday volume can extend delivery beyond the estimates above. These windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, email support@sudspin.com within 7 days. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with USPS and send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it before you pay. If you need to correct an address, email support@sudspin.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to catch it before it ships.
